Data Job is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who access the website datajob.com (hereinafter the “Site”). Access to the Site implies consent to the collection and use of personal data, in accordance with the methods described in this Privacy Policy.
The collection of personal data takes place when the information is necessary to identify the Visitor or to contact them during the use of a service or the execution of a transaction, for example when information about Data Job products or services is provided or when users are allowed to download and register documents, or to make purchases.
In the event of purchasing products or services through the Site, the user may interact with e-commerce features provided by third parties. In particular, the Site uses the “Shopify Buy Button” service, which allows online orders and payments. In this context, personal data such as identification data, contact details, billing data, payment data, IP address and browsing data may be processed, as necessary for order and payment management.
Personal information may be requested, such as name, title, company name, email address, office or home address, telephone number, information relating to the activity or profession carried out, and credit card information. The Site may collect information relating to the pages visited, date and time of access, and the Visitor’s internet address; such information is used to administer the Site and to assess market trends.
The personal information collected on the Site is also collected to provide services, present products or carry out transactions requested and authorized by the Visitor; furthermore, Data Job may periodically send email messages containing information about its own products or services offered, or confirmation that a request for a product or service has been fulfilled.
Data Job intends to disclose personal information only if required to do so by law or if it firmly believes that such action is lawful and necessary to protect and defend its rights and property or to protect the safety of its staff, customers or the general public.
Except for the above cases, without the Visitor’s authorization, the personal information collected on the Site will not be disclosed externally by Data Job, which intends to protect its confidentiality.
The Visitor may exercise their rights of access, correction and deletion by writing via email to privacy@datajob.com.
The protection technologies used are aimed at ensuring that personal information is not disclosed or used without authorization. To this end, such information is stored on computer systems with limited access, located in controlled facilities. Furthermore, when highly confidential personal data (such as credit card numbers) are transmitted over the internet, they are protected by encryption.
Data Job may update this Policy by modifying the date of the last update shown at the bottom.
Comments or suggestions regarding the standards of conduct described herein are welcome; for this purpose, or if you wish to modify or update information already provided, or grant or withdraw consent to receive commercial information or other communications, you may contact Data Job via email through the contacts or in writing at the company’s address.

Types of Data collected

Among the Personal Data collected by this Site, either independently or through third parties, include, by way of example but not limited to:
- Identification and contact data, such as name, surname, email address, company and professional role;
- Data voluntarily provided by the User through contact forms or requests for information/quotations;
- Data necessary for managing online purchases, including billing data and payment information (processed through external providers);
- Data related to the sending of informational communications and newsletters, subject to consent, such as email address and interaction data with communications (opens and clicks);
- Usage Data and Technical Data, such as IP addresses, logs, browser and device information;
- Cookies and other tracking tools, as described in the Cookie Policy.

Personal Data may be:
- voluntarily provided by the User, for example by filling in a form or communicating them during commercial contacts or trade fairs;
- collected automatically while browsing the Site, through technical tools and cookies.

The use of technical cookies and strictly necessary tools is aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the Site and the provision of services requested by the User.

Methods and place of processing of the collected Data

The Controller processes Users’ Personal Data by adopting appropriate technical and organizational security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of data, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational and logical methods strictly related to the purposes indicated in this policy.
In addition to the Controller, the following may have access to Personal Data:
internal authorized and trained personnel (administrative, sales, marketing, legal staff and system administrators); external parties providing services instrumental to the operation of the site or to the performance of the Controller’s activities (e.g. technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies), acting as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or as independent controllers, where applicable.

Among the external parties that may process Users’ personal data are, in particular:
- Shopify International Ltd., as an e-commerce platform;
- any payment service providers connected to Shopify;
- Intuit Inc. (Mailchimp), as the provider of the email information and newsletter sending service, in the cases and according to the methods described below.

An updated list of Data Processors can be requested from the Controller at any time.

Place of processing

Data are processed at the Controller’s operating offices and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located.
Some Personal Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, in particular in connection with the use of services provided by third parties (e.g. Shopify and Mailchimp).
Such transfers take place in compliance with the GDPR, through the adoption of appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and other measures provided for by applicable legislation.

Data retention periods

Personal Data are processed and stored for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as described in this policy, and in compliance with legal obligations.
At the end of the retention period, the Data will be deleted or anonymized.
The User may exercise their rights at any time, including the right to request deletion of data, by contacting the Controller.

Purposes of processing the collected Data

The User’s Personal Data are collected to allow the Controller to provide its services and, in particular, for the following purposes:
- operation of the site and management of services requested by the User;
- management of requests for information or quotations sent through the site;
- management of online purchases and payments;
- fulfillment of administrative, tax and accounting obligations;
- fraud and abuse prevention;
- processing of anonymous and aggregate statistics on site usage.

Contact form and requests for information or quotations

Personal Data provided through contact forms or information/quotation request forms on the site are processed exclusively to respond to the User’s specific request and for activities directly connected thereto.
The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. b GDPR).
Such Data are not used for marketing purposes or for sending newsletters without the User’s specific and separate explicit consent.

Informational emails and newsletters (Mailchimp)

The sending of informational emails and newsletters addressed to a B2B audience takes place exclusively with the explicit consent of the data subject.
For this purpose, the Controller uses Mailchimp, an email marketing platform provided by Intuit Inc., which acts as Data Processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a specific Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Consent may be collected:
- following a business contact;
- at trade fairs or industry events;
- through explicit requests sent to the data subject.

The Data processed through Mailchimp may include:
- email address (mainly corporate);
- first and last name;
- company and professional role;
- data relating to interaction with sent communications (e.g. email opens and link clicks).

The data subject may withdraw consent at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every communication or by contacting the Controller.

Details on the processing of Personal Data

For processing carried out through technical cookies and tools essential to the operation of the site, the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6, para. 1, lit. f GDPR).
The use of non-technical third-party cookies generally takes place only with the User’s consent expressed through the cookie banner.
Some third-party services necessary for the display or proper operation of the site may be loaded on first access and install cookies managed directly by their respective providers.

Sale of products via Shopify (Shopify Buy Button)

The Site uses the “Shopify Buy Button” service, provided by Shopify International Ltd., to allow Users to purchase products or services online.
When the User interacts with the purchase button, Shopify collects and processes the data necessary to manage the order, payment and fraud prevention. Such data may include identification information, contact details, payment data, IP address and browsing data.
Shopify processes the data as an independent Data Controller for operations under its responsibility and, where applicable, as a Data Processor. Data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, in particular to Canada and the United States, in compliance with the safeguards provided for by applicable legislation.

Cookie policy

Cookies are small text strings that the Site you visit sends to the browser, which stores them in order to transmit them back to the Site upon your next visit.
Cookies make it possible to collect information about the browsing carried out.

Contact via WhatsApp

The Site allows the User to contact the Controller through the WhatsApp messaging service, provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd./Meta Platforms Inc. Use of the service involves the communication of the User’s WhatsApp account and any personal data voluntarily transmitted. Display of content from external platforms

These services allow the display of content hosted on external platforms directly from the pages of this Application and interaction with them. If such a service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it may collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed.

Google Maps Widget (Google LLC)

Loading of such content takes place exclusively with the User’s prior consent, expressed through the cookie banner or a specific acceptance button. In the absence of consent, the content remains deactivated.
